Who we are

Art Studio Pili sells original paintings by Irena Kuzma. The studio is run by Breaking Boundaries Ltd (company number 15605102), 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. For any question about your data, email hello@studiopili.art.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry or message: your name, email address, your message and the painting you ask about.
• When you buy a painting: your delivery address and phone number for the courier. Payments are handled by the payment provider in our payment link; we never see your card details.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, because you asked us to.
• To sell and deliver your painting, as part of our contract with you.
• To keep sales and tax records, because the law requires it.

We never sell your data, and we only send you news if you ask for it.

Who else sees it

• Web3Forms, which passes messages from our contact form to our email.
• Zoho, which hosts our email.
• The courier that delivers your painting.
• The payment provider that takes your payment.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a sale: up to 12 months. Sales records: 6 years, as UK tax rules require.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no tracking. It saves your language, currency and favourite paintings in your own browser, so the site remembers them next time. That information stays on your device.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@studiopili.art and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), or to your own data protection authority in the EU.
